As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master and a senior psychology counsellor, Agnes is equipped with tools to bring your awareness to how you think and experience your world, so you can detect and modify the biases and limitations which are detrimental to your mental and physical health, thereby changing your behaviour and capacities to what serve you best.

Her learnings on Kinesiology, from Neuro-Kinetic Therapy to Nutrition to Chakra healing, has taught her how to address pain and limitations mechanically, energetically, and from a body-chemical perspective. Coupled with her years of experience as a professional dancing and fitness coach, she is adept at catering therapeutic flows strategically to your needs.
