Before we begin, make a wish. I invite you to spend a moment self-reflecting on your concerns, challenges and needs. Think about what you would like to achieve with therapy, counselling or coaching. If you are curious about what you want, we can have fun exploring in the first session.
Map the empowering journey:
Some basic information is asked of you, like your age, work, who you have in the family, how well you sleep etc. Apart from your medical condition, you are not obliged to tell me anything. You don't even have to tell me your real name if you prefer not to.
Feeling comfortable in this space, please feel safe and free to tell me your story.
Then we can formulate an adaptive “service roadmap” to match your needs. Please see linked examples of roadmaps for counselling and therapy, stress management and smoking cessation.
Adults, children, teens, couples, parents, families, friends, groups, schools and corporations all have different roadmaps. Sessions can be done face-to-face, by text, online or on phone, indoor or outdoor. Pick what suits you best on my booking page.

What to expect in your sessions

It enables change to happen “automatically” without your conscious brain interfering. The subconscious mind, being 95% more powerful than the conscious mind, just takes information as is, so we can place powerful “changes’”inside and let them manifest. It does not know the difference between role play and reality, so rehearsing a”‘change” in trance enables us to powerfully overcome thoughts and beliefs that do not serve you anymore.

It involves authentic and honest communication. I listen to you unbiasedly. Then we explore psychodynamic, humanistic, behavioral and holistic approaches for you to gain a better understanding of your emotions, to remove unhelpful perceptions, then in an equally authentic and honest sense, we aim and move towards your optimal mental health.

It explores the relationship between our thoughts and the subjective experiences underlying them. It is a system of alternative therapy which seeks to generate self-awareness and effective communication, thus changing our patterns of mental and emotional behaviour.

We are too familiar with being either absent-minded, or otherwise overwhelmed. Wouldn’t we enjoy feeling calm while keeping the body activated, the happy medium? Mindfulness is really mind-focus-ness. I won’t make you sit there and meditate, unless that is what you want. Instead, we can practice to be aware of what you’re directly experiencing via our senses, in real-time. That alone, can help you through some of the hardest times.

Kinesiology is a natural and complementary therapy for holistic health. It goes away from textbook-medicine towards the understanding that everything in our lives affects how we feel. Being truly healthy requires all three foundations to be optimal: body chemical balance, structural stability (physical body) and mental health. Here we can look into nutritions, physical fitness and chakra energy vibrations etc.

Whether you are leaders, teams, teachers, staff, students, parents or just a group of friends, you are welcomed to join our upcoming events (workshop), or create your own programmes. Topics include mindfulness, resiliency, wellbeing, counselling, parenting/educational, relationships, issue-focussed (e.g youth violence), creativity, and Your Objectives.
“Pit stops” are placed along the way so you can appreciate your efforts and count your trophies. Homework given can be reviewed, and progress can be measured at these points. If you feel stuck, let’s modify the plan. If you feel that we have reached some shifts and you feel good in a new vibration, we can expand!
Goal!
Once you have met your goals, we can collaboratively develop a future empowerment plan for the rest of your life journey. With your permission, I would like to check in with you over a period of time to ensure that you are not alone on this journey.
*A note on Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis
Only with your consent can I guide you into a non-sleep, deeply relaxed state. You must and will have the ability to make decisions at all times. Then using your agreed methods we find answers and resolutions in the safe space of your own subconscious mind. Gradually I bring you out of the trance-like state, and you will be fully integrated. Some hypnotherapy sessions have to be completed face-to-face. Amnesia is common. Voice recordings can be made on your request.
