Smoking (Craving & Habits) cessation

When there is a why, any 'how' is possible

70% of smokers do not want to smoke. So you are definitely not alone!

We understand that we have vices and our lives would be better if we no longer partook in these actions. The first step to kicking these behaviours for good, is to know Why they seem to have a hold on us. (The struggle here is against the desire to stay, not the habit itself.)

The Why, is personal. Once you acknowledge that reason, and realize the reasoning no longer makes sense, the habit just falls like Jenga. There is no need for 'motivation' to quit either as change comes so naturally. This shift in perception - how you view the habit, and in extension, how you view yourself - is very powerful when done at a subconscious level, and the changes are permanent. That can happen in only a few hours!

How about physiological dependence? The first things you can get here are neuroscientifically proven tools to combat exactly that, which you can use in real-time, and from the comfort of your own space. So now, you can be very confident that you can successfully quit (1)!

To start the journey, I invite you to think of this: What does it mean to you, a life no longer with this vice? Listen to the part of you that has laid dormant for quite some time, craving for this new meaning. Let's personalise it, let's define it, give it a name! Then let's aim at that. When there is a Why, any 'How' is possible.

Now, can you imagine yourself in 10 years if instead of avoiding the things you know you should do, you actually did them every single day?

Tangerine's approach:

  1. Practice real-time techniques to immediately end cravings e.g. EFT Tapping (2), neuroscientific dopaminergic processes.

  2. Go straight to find the Why - the very first time the idea of smoking/craving/behaviour ever surfaced, way before it became a habit, through Counseling, and/or in the safe space of your subconscious mind through Hypnosis*.

  3. Resolve the root cause - whatever the habit was serving as a coping mechanism for - so there is no longer a need for this habit to stay. Then reframe your entire perception over the issue through Hypnotherapy* and Counselling.

  4. Reinforce different neural pathways with Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Conditioning.

  5. Homework is given, including powerful Hypnotic Suggestion for your listening to ‘program’ your powerful subconscious mind to continuously do the work, so that you can naturally begin to think, feel and act like a changed person.

  6. At the end of the journey is Self Hypnosis (3). Going forward, you can continue to teach your subconscious mind exactly how you want to be – forever, finally, and completely free from smoking/craving/unwanted habit. You may also use self hypnosis to direct your own brain changes for other new behaviours and goals.

People can and do quit smoking for good. In fact, since 2002 there have been more former smokers than current smokers. The vast percentage (85.7%) of people that failed were the ones that were unable to follow the program mainly because the morning appointments conflicted with their work. You can relax here with our flexible meeting hours.
