True healing is the pursuit of the truth
You might think that you have a problem. In fact, you might think that you are ‘thinking’, but are you sure it’s not mostly self- or targeted- criticism that passes for thinking? True thinking requires someone unbiased and non-judgmental to contend with you. (Such a premise probably sounds like a foreign language when contemplating social media).
Only then, meaningful discussion would ensue, which constitutes learning, self-respect and honesty - a place where the truth lays bare. Only then you would allow the deadwood of your futile perceptions to be burnt.
Whereas complex topics could be worked out with patience and an open mind, the process would test your courage, because no one likes the way truth burns, and we are probably 95% deadwood. You need to desire changes for the better, and understand that you have a crucial part to play in it.
What would 'Better' look like? Let's personalize it, let's define it, give it a name! Then let's aim at that, even badly. The aim gets more accurate, and you can only get closer to the goal, as long as you keep moving. Most importantly, what you aim at determines what you see. You are here because you see that 'Better is Desirable'. And when there is a why, any 'How' is possible.
Tangerine's approach:
We will have honest communication on your current situation, the symptoms you are experiencing, and your history.
We will work on a positive and realistic objective, with conditions under your control.
Identify what you know about the challenge you are facing, and more importantly, what you don't know. With the use of:
Hypnosis* (Below point 2&3 done under a non-sleep deeply focused state, where you can also view the past that you thought you have forgotten.)
Counselling (identify distorted thoughts and beliefs through understanding of your past experience)
Causal analysis (Break down the situation into details to identify cause and consequences)
Narratives (storytelling and writing)
Art (painting and drama)
Target Strategy combinations towards your Aim (examples)
If you are suffering from e.g. feeling depressed**, post-trauma syndromes or sinking in grief, you may benefit from overwriting the bad experiences and gaining alternative ways to process information, so you can improve your emotional state with Hypnotherapy*, Counselling and Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). You can also build useful brain circuits and chemicals with Neuroscientific protocols.

If you have a phobia or severe anxiety, getting the skill to calm down the psychophysiological symptoms through EFT Tapping and Neuro-lingustic Programming (NLP) would be useful, so to improve your behavioural functionality, then we steadily get you brave by Exposure therapy (optional under hypnosis*), NLP and CBT. Elimination of the root cause altogether can be done through Hypnotherapy*.
If you are emotionally hurt or feeling lost, in relationships, let's say; you may want to go deeper. There are other approaches to find your truth, shift your self-defeating perceptions, interpret other's viewpoint, and come to true acceptance, through Hypnotherapy*, Counselling and Narrative therapy.
With the aim of reducing relapse and recurrence, you may learn to recognise the symptoms of your own mindless responses! Be aware of the triggers, but not reacting or attaching to them, diminishing their effects, through Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MBCT). (Scientifically proven to be as effective as drugs for clinical-level depression, reducing 57% of unpleasantness induced by pain and the emotional reaction to pain.)

Then Map your Implementation journey - Set incremental, measurable and achievable goals, with a reasonable timeline.
