Beat stress at its own game

Human mind functions in a frame governed by rules. And these rules govern our perceptions. Perceptions tell you what is useful for you and what gets in your way, like a value system. The most important thing is, your perception tells you what you Don’t have to pay attention to. As long as your frame is functional, you can ignore most of the world and that means your chronic stress level can be way lower than it normally would be.

Our work here is to tweak your frame. Whether it is a minor adjustment, a major overhaul or just an accommodation, we will start with micro-adjustments at the highest resolution level - Nourish the roots, and the leaves will benefit. Then we can integrate the enhanced value system within the broader society, so now the society is not existing towards you as a continual obstacle and making your life miserable. 

Acute stress, on the other hand, is an ancient carryover that is keeping our species alive but constantly undermining our living standard. It’s based on hardwired biological mechanisms which creates overwhelming stress responses, very fast and very furiously. But the good news is this system is generic, giving us the advantage to control it! You may be pleasantly surprised to easily put a break on stress, in real-time, with some simple neuroscientifically proven tricks.
